Mindful Minis Sensory Co was created with one simple belief: play with purpose.
Our sensory bins are thoughtfully designed to support children’s development through play. Each theme is inspired by occupational therapy principles and encourages fine motor skills, sensory regulation, creativity, and confidence — all in a way that feels fun, natural, and pressure-free.
At the heart of our brand is mindfulness. The plant in our logo represents being rooted in intention and care, reminding us that growth begins with a strong foundation. The spirals symbolize balance, movement, and regulation — reflecting the calming rhythm of sensory play and the importance of meeting children where they are.
Mindful Minis began as a creative outlet and an expression of love for my niece — my little mini-me — and grew into something much bigger. Inspired by my own sensory experiences, this business exists to support children who benefit from intentional sensory tools and to remind families that play can be both meaningful and mindful.
Here, play is more than an activity.

About the Founder
Hi, I’m Carly — the heart behind Mindful Minis. I’ve always been drawn to working with children, getting creative, and finding joy in simple, meaningful moments—especially spending time outdoors and with family.
My path here wasn’t exactly what I planned, but it led me to something even more meaningful. While taking time to reset and refocus, I found inspiration to create something that reflects what I truly value—connection, creativity, and supporting children in a mindful, intentional way.
Mindful Minis is a little piece of that journey, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Why I started Mindful Minis
I started Mindful Minis because I know what it feels like when sensory needs go unnoticed.
Growing up — and even to this day — I’ve struggled with sensory challenges involving my hands. Certain textures made everyday school activities overwhelming, and it often prevented me from fully participating. I didn’t have the words to explain what I was feeling, and for a long time, no one realized what I needed.
Until one person did.
All it took was someone noticing and offering lotion. That small moment made such a big difference — and it’s something I still think about today.
I often wonder how different my experience might have been if I had access to intentional sensory play — tools that helped my hands regulate instead of overwhelm.
Mindful Minis began as a creative outlet and a shared passion and love for my niece, my little mini-me 🤍 I wanted to create something that allowed her to explore, create, and regulate through play — without pressure.
These sensory bins are OT-inspired and thoughtfully designed to support fine motor development, sensory regulation, creativity, and confidence — all through play.
They also give parents something just as important: a moment to breathe.
